Carly Lawrence-Harris
Carly joined the 75 Harley Street team in October 2025 as our Practice Manager. Her journey in dentistry began in June 2022 as a receptionist at another practice, where she quickly developed a love for patient care and the dental environment. Just eight months later, she was promoted to Assistant Manager. It was during this time that Carly realised dentistry wasn’t just a job—it was her passion and where she felt most at home.
Since beginning her role as Practice Manager, Carly has continued to learn and grow every day. She genuinely loves speaking with patients, whether face to face or over the phone, and takes real pride in making sure everyone feels heard, supported, and well looked after from the very first interaction. Providing gold-star customer service and always putting patient wellbeing first is something she cares deeply about.
Carly has a strong interest in dentistry and enjoys developing her clinical knowledge, as she believes this allows her to better support both patients and the clinical team. Creating a well-organised, welcoming practice where patients feel comfortable, confident, and at ease is extremely important to her.
As the first point of contact for many patients, Carly specialises in supporting those who feel nervous or anxious about dental treatment. Speaking with patients who have dental phobia, guiding them through their journey, and seeing them leave with a smile is one of the most rewarding parts of her role. She is known for her calm, reassuring nature and her endless patience when helping both patients and colleagues alike.
Before discovering her passion for dentistry and patient care, Carly worked across a variety of sectors. These experiences have shaped her strong work ethic, resilience, and people-focused approach. She takes great pride in being part of the 75 Harley Street team and truly loves what she does.
Outside of work, Carly is a happily married mum to two boys and two girls who are currently testing her as they go through their teenage years! She also has a cat called Mai Mai and a dog named Lucas who is a bouncy, happy Husky!
Carly enjoys walks with her dog whenever she can. In her spare time, she enjoys cross stitching, reading, shopping, cooking, and eating out and loves to spend time with family and friends.
